By accessing or using Skulli ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Skulli is a cross-platform community queuing application that allows creators to manage queues and members to join them. Features include real-time queue management, voice channels, community chat, and social platform integrations.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use another user's account.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Skulli facilitates payments between members and creators via Stripe. Skulli charges a 10% platform fee on transactions. All payments are final unless otherwise required by law. You agree to Stripe's terms of service for payment processing.
When you connect a social media account (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch), you authorize Skulli to access basic profile information and follower/subscriber counts for verification purposes. We do not post on your behalf.
The Skulli name, logo, and platform are owned by The Black SkuLLz Society. User-generated content remains the property of its creator. By posting content, you grant Skulli a non-exclusive license to display that content within the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skulli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
